The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for supporting and coordinating humanitarian interventions in Cox’s Bazar and Bhashan Char, focusing on quality assurance of partner-implemented camp activities. The role will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CiCs, RRRC, UNO, DC offices, donors, and other humanitarian actors. The incumbent will also support networking, resource mobilization, and proposal development to strengthen the organization’s humanitarian portfolio. 8.5 hours per day including lunch break 30 minutes in between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This position requires frequent travel (75%) to the project locations and direct engagement with project implementation.
We will offer a monthly consolidated salary in the range of BDT 160,491 – 172,295/- CTC (may vary based on experience and current remuneration), along with other admissible benefits, such as Mobile Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Seniority Bonus, Medical Insurance with health and life coverage, Annual leave of 25 days, Sick leave of 15 days and excellent opportunities for professional development.
A national employment contract up to up to 30 April 2027 with a high possibility of extension based on performance and fund availability.
